INVESTOR NOTICE: DAN KAMINSKI
ATTENTION INVESTORS: This notice is provided to disclose my personal experience and publicly available court information involving Dan Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC. Based on my experience as a creditor, together with the court records available to the public, I have made the decision to end business dealings with Dan Kaminski and entities affiliated with him. As a judgment creditor of Dan Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC, I am providing the following factual overview for informational purposes.
- Background
After the alleged unauthorized use of investor funds for personal purposes by Dan Kaminski while he was acting as General Partner, a Promissory Note was executed by Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC. That note documents the debt owed to the LPs for purposes of restoring the capital that was misapplied.
Evidence from Supreme Court Records:
The litigation began as a motion for summary judgment in lieu of a complaint, focused on amounts claimed to be due under the Promissory Note.
The court found Dan Kaminski and Kaminski Holdings LLC jointly and severally liable for the debt.
On July 29, 2025, the Honorable Nicholas W. Moyne granted the motion after the defendants opposed it unsuccessfully.
Following that ruling, the Supreme Court of New York entered two separate judgments:
Judgment 1: $159,541.86 for principal debt, interest, and taxed costs.
Judgment 2: $26,083.34 for attorneys’ fees and legal costs after a fees inquest held on October 3, 2025.
- Enforcement Status
As of the date of this notice, these judgments have not been satisfied.
Because Kaminski resides in New Jersey, the judgments were domesticated in New Jersey and became statewide liens. They are officially recorded under Docket Nos. DJ 011314 26, recorded January 30, 2026, and DJ 010960 26, recorded January 28, 2026.
- Enforcement Proceedings
Applicable court procedures may permit judgment creditors to pursue enforcement options, including writs of execution, provided such steps comply with the law and receive any required court approval.
Investor Statement:
Given the unpaid court judgments and my own experience as a creditor, I have chosen not to engage in any future business with Dan Kaminski or entities associated with him. Others may wish to complete their own independent diligence, including reviewing public court records, before making any investment or business decisions.
